DEPOSITS
A £50 deposit is required for cash payments at the time of check-in.
Deposit refunded upon inspection of room.
Deposit will be held if any evidence of damage/theft/unlawful behaviour is found during inspection.

Check-in is from 3:00pm.
Check-out is by 11:00am.
Early check-in (from 11am) and late check-out (until 1pm) is available upon request for £5 per hour.
Payment is required on arrival for early check-in and before 11am for late check-out.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

Occupancy
The maximum room occupancy is two adults. Family rooms (where available) can accommodate two adults (18 years and over) and two children (under the age of 17 years). Children aged 17 years will be permitted to stay in separate room(s) under the responsibility of the parent or guardian and the parent or guardian must also stay in the hotel at all times the children are within the hotel. You must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the room allocated to you. We reserve the right to conduct checks on occupancy and compliance with these terms. Occupancy is not transferable (e.g. amending guest names once the booking is checked-in).

Those under 18 years old are not permitted to stay in a Premier Nights hotel unless a parent or guardian is also staying in the hotel. We reserve the right to request valid photographic proof of identity and age, so please bring this with you and ensure all guests under your booking bring identification, otherwise where requested you and/or your guests will not be permitted to stay.

LOST PROPERTY
Lost items will be kept for 28 days. Perishable items such as fresh food and drink will be disposed of upon finding.
Please contact the hotel for retrieval.
Items can be posted via a pre-paid envelope sent via guest.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
A £100 charge will be applied if smoking occurs anywhere in the hotel, inclusive of vapes.
Lead guests are responsible for any damages to the room or hotel property.

PETS
No pets are allowed, except for verified assistance/guide dogs.

PARTIES/GATHERINGS
Parties and gatherings are not permitted within the hotel.
All guests must be registered upon arrival.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS
